Regional Ambassador |
Our regional ambassadors are responsible for building a supportive OCNDS community within their assigned region. Regional ambassadors connect with families as they navigate the social and emotional challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and management. They are a liaison between the families and the foundation, identifying issues and challenges that are unique to specific regions. |
Ability to gather and share resources for OCNDS families in your region. Host zoom calls every 6 months and an informal gathering once per year for OCNDS families living within the region. |
Parent Advisory Board |
Parent Advisory Board advises our Board of Directors and Chief Scientific Officer, brainstorms ideas, and shares insights from the parent perspective related to OCNDS. |
English-speaking, parent or caregiver of an individual with OCNDS, ability to meet 6x per year, ability to provide written feedback to foundation staff with 1-2 week response times, desire to be a representative of the foundation. 2-year commitment, limit to ages 21+. |
